Our Story
Belmond Cakes started in a home kitchen in 2014, baking for family and friends. It grew from there into a brand known for cake design and sugar craft, built by a team of experienced bakers and sugar crafters.
The name comes from the French words for beautiful and world, belle monde , which also happens to be the meaning behind founder Uwaoma’s own name. It’s an invitation into a beautiful world of cakes: in design, taste, and service.
Our chocolate cake recipe is still a closely guarded secret. And if you’re watching your calories, our Diet Choices range, developed with a registered dietitian, means you can enjoy cake without the guilt.
